Bridging the Gap is a three year Lottery funded project to take creative engagement into local residential care homes. A number of Pioneer Projects artists using visual arts, clay, silk painting, fabrics, Timeslips storytelling and movement and dance have been involved with the project. The Brelms Trust is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), originally set up as a Charitable Trust in 2007, offering grants to a wide variety of charities operating in the community. Funding is given exclusively to charities based in Yorkshire and directly benefitting only Yorkshire communities.

Dementia Action Week at Pioneer Projects &

World Book Night Celebrating Mental Health and Well Being An inspiring evening beginning in Bentham Community Library where local author, Diane Allen was signing her books and gave a book reading. Meanwhile our wonderful Library volunteers were serving tea and coffee along with their amazing home – made cakes.
