Craven Museum and Gallery are working in partnership with Pioneer Projects (Celebratory Arts) Ltd. A beautiful Exhibition is now on display following the creative sessions specially designed for people living with dementia and their carers.

Craven Museum and Gallery houses a fascinating and extensive collection of artefacts, during the Artyfact’s sessions we met together to enjoy exploring these precious objects, be inspired, and with the support of the artists who led the sessions, used our imagination to develop creative projects.

The exhibition of ARTYFACTS at Craven Art Gallery celebrate’s and showcase’s the creative achievements of everyone who attended the sessions. The exhibition is free and open to family, friends, the local community and visitors to Skipton.

Also on display is a haunting and beautiful large forest of white ceramic trees created in four local residential care homes through our Bridging the Gap project working with the care home staff and residents.
