Pioneer Projects together with The National Trust developed and ran “Imagine at Malham” at The Orchid House, Malham Tarn.  Six sessions were held where we enjoyed the beautiful environment of the Tarn, created stories with objects chosen by the Rangers at The National Trust in a safe and fun environment.

We held our first event in February 2014, which was a hugely enjoyable occasion. The woods were carpeted with Snowdrops and the sun was shining.  Roisin made some fabulous cakes.  The Rangers brought Wych Elm, sheeps wool and Snowdrops. We used ‘ Timeslips ‘ methods to build a story   Timeslips describe, “…a method that opens up storytelling to everyone by replacing the pressure to remember with encouragement to imagine.”

The participants were given a picture and, as a group, created the story. On the right are the links to each one.
