Progression Support

Pioneer Projects Keyworkers can offer participants accessing the Mental Health programme additional 1-1 and group support to progress into volunteering, education, or paid employment – and to stay in employment. This is delivered in collaboration with North Yorkshire based skills partnership Better Connect. We currently offer Step Up which provides regular 1-1 sessions with a Pioneer Projects Keyworker and short courses to address barriers to progression.
