Volunteers

Volunteers play an important part in the life of Pioneer. Whether members of the wider community offering their skills and time to support those who use our services, or our participants themselves supporting each other, the contribution made by volunteers is invaluable. All community Volunteers are subject to a formal recruitment process and receive full training and ongoing line management support. Example roles include:

• Library assistant
• Creative assistant (community arts group)
• Creative assistant (mental health groups)
• Creative assistant (dementia groups)
