Pioneer Projects is based at Looking Well Studios, a fully accessible converted warehouse on King Street in High Bentham. As well as providing a space to deliver our own work, we also host a number of permanent partner organisations, and take one off room bookings from a range of community, statutory, and commercial partners.

• Ground Floor: A multi-purpose creative space, with a vegetarian community kitchen
• First Floor: A multi-purpose space hosting Bentham Community Library, an IT Suite, activity space, and 1-1 meeting room or office
• Second Floor: Pioneer Projects Office
• Outside: An outdoor greenhouse, raised bed growing area, and an external workshop
