Mental Health

Our Mental Health programme supports anyone in the community experiencing poor mental health to engage in creative activity that increases inclusion, improves wellbeing, develops skills, and encourages progression into volunteering, education, paid employment, and increased community activity. We deliver services in collaboration with health partners from Primary Care, the Community Mental Health Teams, and local authority Health & Adult Services, alongside a range of community organisations across Craven, ensuring that those we support can access a holistic support package.

Ways we can help you

MOSAIC

Mosaic (formally The Craven Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub Network) is a partnership of 6 local organisations across Craven offering consistent, accessible, and local adult mental health and wellbeing support in the community.

Safe Spaces

All of Pioneer Projects’ Mental Health programme groups are part of the Safe Spaces pathway, including those delivered with partners in MOSAIC (formally the Craven Mental Health & Wellbeing Hubs Network).

Progression Support

Pioneer Projects Keyworkers can offer participants accessing the Mental Health programme additional 1-1 and group support to progress into volunteering, education, or paid employment.
